Quality is the focus of our activity:

the department is closely monitoring every stage of the production chain,
from the selection of the supplier of the raw ingredients
to the finished product to the shelf.

THE CONCEPT OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
IS THE BASIS OF EVERY-DAY ACTIVITY, FROM PRODUCTION
PROCESSES AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT,
TO THE RESEARCH OF THE BEST RAW MATERIALS
AND THE USE OF THE BEST EQUIPMENT.

Quality department implements a strict
procedure in order to select raw ingredients,
qualified suppliers and check them often.
Suppliers are considered important partners
with which establish intensive and continuous
cooperation in order to have a guarantee
for quality and safety of raw material.

Suppliers must be certified in accordance with the most important standards,
in order to be qualified (as: BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000); when we got raw materials,
they are subject to strict controls and we also do periodic audits in their
own production facilities in order to control them.

Control and Quality

  • At the receiving of raw ingredients, Quality team manages sampling following the rich analysis plan in order to guarantee the absence of counterfeiting and fraud, the respect of the declaration on the allergens (as: gluten, milk, eggs, …), the conformity of the organic production and the existing legislation (microbiological and physico-chemical analysis).

  • Our Quality Management System refers to the most qualified international standards and the level of attention is very high in every safety, legality and quality aspects of the products. Food production is an activity that gives us an important responsibility: the company carefully develops and applies all the HACCP plan practices.

  • The monitoring of all the production process stages is implemented, properly controlled, and documented. Quality team aims to check the compliance with procedures and operating instructions and to verify that control and monitoring registration took place.

Special attention is paid to allergens management:
in fact, the Company implements all new actions
and forces required to guarantee the absence
of specific allergens
(gluten, milk, eggs, ...),
both as ingredients and cross-contamination.

Furthermore, staff training is very important for the Company
(classroom training and training on the ground)
and aims to get all the operators in order to continuously
improve themselves and to ensure the safety
and the quality of the product.

Certifications

We’re dedicated to ensuring the highest food safety standards:
that’s why we have already obtained all the most important certifications
that guarantee the entire production process as well as the quality
of the finished product itself. We verify and certify the entire production
chain, from the selection of the raw materials to the consumption of each product.
